Who We Serve
We partner with companies designing, building, and deploying stationary energy storage systems for grid, commercial, and industrial applications. Our processes, quality systems, and supply chain are tailored to the specific demands of BESS programs: high-voltage safety requirements, aggressive launch timelines, and production volumes that scale fast.
Global and domestic manufacturers localizing or scaling North American production.
Companies building modules and packs for stationary storage applications.
Integrators assembling complete storage solutions who need dependable component supply.
Companies building the infrastructure behind renewable energy and grid stability.
Focused by design. We intentionally do not serve automotive or passenger EV markets. Everything we do is built around stationary and grid-based energy storage.
What We Build
From inside the module to the container enclosure, we manufacture and manage the metal and plastic components that battery energy storage systems are built from.
Multi-length strap assemblies with spot welding and heat-shrink electrical isolation
Load-bearing molded and fabricated module components, including metal-to-plastic conversions
Fuse, connector, and terminal insulation rated for dielectric withstand and flame retardancy
Fabricated enclosures with welded standoffs for precise mounting and service access
Fabricated and molded protective enclosures
Custom metal and plastic trays
Power distribution components produced to spec
Internal supports, shelving, and structural mounting
Thermal management parts for module and rack level systems
Routing, clamps, and retention components
Precision metal components at production volume
Applied electrical isolation and wire protection
Terminals, connectors, sleeves, and couplers
Complete hardware solutions
E-coat, powder coating, plating, and passivation
Multi-part assembly, kitting, and custom packaging development
Don't see your part? If it's metal or plastic and it goes into an energy storage system, we can build it.

Engineering & Design for Manufacturability
Before a single tool is cut, our team runs structured DFM reviews with your engineers, our mold designers, and our manufacturing teams. The goal is a part optimized for repeatable production, long-term quality, and cost, without compromising function. We have converted extruded aluminum components to injection-molded specialty resins that meet elevated tensile and dielectric requirements while cutting cost and weight.
Before: Extruded Aluminum
After: Engineered Molded Plastic
Converted to a specialty resin meeting elevated tensile and dielectric requirements, with full structural integrity.
Requirements and design intent
Draft, wall thickness, sink evaluation
UL rated resins, flame retardancy, dielectric performance
Fill and cooling optimization
Mold architecture and maintenance planning
Repeatable, low-risk, validated
Tooling Strategy
Domestic tooling quotes can threaten program economics before production ever starts. We solve this differently. Our qualified global network of mold makers lets us cut tooling investment dramatically while production, validation, and quality stay domestic. On a recent BESS program, that approach reduced tooling investment by roughly 40% with no change to production location or quality expectations.
Discuss Your Tooling BudgetQuality & Validation
Every launch runs through structured validation before the first production unit ships. When issues surface during validation, we drive root cause, corrective action, and process refinement alongside your team. That is what it means to operate as an extension of your quality organization.
Production Run · Validated Process
ISO 9001
We manufacture through ISO 9001 certified facilities
UL Rated Materials
UL rated resins and materials specified where electrical performance demands it
Full traceability and production-readiness reviews on every component.
Supply Chain
U.S. Manufacturing Network
A multi-plant U.S. manufacturing network across injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, stamping, machining, welding, and assembly, converging on dedicated final assembly and shipping points for your program.
Qualified international tooling and component sources that protect your program economics, managed under our quality systems so you get the savings without the risk.
Proven at Scale
When a global battery energy storage manufacturer expanded U.S. production, they needed domestic component supply stood up fast, without slowing growth. We launched more than ten engineered parts across five U.S. plants simultaneously: injection molded structural and insulating components, fabricated strap assemblies, and BMS enclosures. Engineering, tooling, PPAP, packaging, logistics, and ongoing supply chain management, delivered as one integrated program.
This wasn't a one-off. Every discipline behind that program is repeatable capability, ready for your program.
